Fixed price quotation
Within our service we coordinate all elements of the design, planning application and build, coupled with issuing budget costings and fixed priced quotations to ensure the completed design is affordable to you.
Our Process
Consultation & planning
We begin with a comprehensive consultation to understand your vision and assess the space. Depending on the brief, we’ll then get started with a tailored build plan including designs, budgets and planning requirements.
Precision build
Once plans are signed off, you’ll meet your dedicated Project Manager who will work with a team of skilled tradesman to transform your property, keeping you updated at every step.
Handover and aftercare
On completion, we present the finished project with a comprehensive walkthrough of every detail, followed by ongoing aftercare support for an agreed period to maintain your space.
