Free consultation

On receiving your initial kitchens and bathroom enquiry, we will arrange a no obligation complimentary consultation, advising on potential designs, materials and initial budget costings.

Design & build service

With YPS you will have an experienced team to undertake your project from initial CAD design to the final professional clean of the finished product. We’ll take away the stress working with all suppliers in the correct order, coordinating all trade.

Design expertise

If you choose to work with our sister company, Wolds Furniture, their design experts will plan your kitchen or bathroom with you making clever use of space and material. YPS will then work in close partnership to install and deliver.

Fixed price quotation

Within our service we coordinate all elements of the design, build and install, coupled with issuing budget costings and fixed priced quotations to ensure the completed design is affordable to you.

Our Process

Consultation & planning

We begin with a comprehensive consultation to understand your vision and assess the space. Depending on the brief, we’ll then get started with a tailored build plan including designs, budgets and planning requirements.

Precision build

Once plans are signed off, you’ll meet your dedicated Project Manager who will work with a team of skilled tradesman to transform your property, keeping you updated at every step.

Handover and aftercare

On completion, we present the finished project with a comprehensive walkthrough of every detail, followed by ongoing aftercare support for an agreed period to maintain your space.
